Booked a one night stay to enable us to enjoy the delights of Galway ! Everything was great , location ideal , if you are looking for good , clean , reasonable accommodation and much better rates than nearby hotels, then this is ideal , would certainly stay again .

I rated value as 1 out of 5 as we paid over €140 for room only. There's obviously some connection with the coffee shop beside so a coffee and a scone included in the price would've been a nice touch.

I stayed 2 nights and was great. The only thing you should do is putting a sign for your customers to respect other customer by making as less noise as possible (i.e doors, walking...).

Really great stay here last weekend was only for one night. Place was spotless and quiet, staff member didnt catch the name, really friendly and even got us a taxi as we had A lot of bags for a hen. If we had seen this place earlier we would have booked all the rooms for the hen party. Would stay here again.

Room small and compact but very clean and was perfect for our short stay. Also, the Hotel is in a very central location.

The hotel is in a great location in Galway. Staff members were very nice and accommodations were comfortable.

Only stayed for one night so room was suitable for that as it was quite basic. Excellent location, right in the centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms but some street noise. The room I stayed in on my last night, (n°5, I think), smelt of cigarettes. In general I find the hotel clean and staff friendly but there are some noise issues, perhaps triple insulated glass windows could be considered.

Location is very good. The rooms are a little small, but clean. Because prices had risen considerably in the summer season, it is satisfied if the regular price.

Wonderful place to stay!

Amazing place to stay, right in the heart of Galway and the front desk staff was amazing at recommending places to eat and visit.

This hotel is a bit pricy, but it's right in downtown so you can walk everywhere. Well worth the tiny bit extra. The hotel was very clean, and despite being downtown it was also very quiet.

The clean small hotel is nice. It is best for a single person. Watch out for the three flights of stairs.

Place was clean and very well-kept; reception was very helpful and informative. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great value, good location, friendly staff

Stayed in three different hotels in the Galway area over the course of that week. This Hotel was by far the most welcoming. Kevin at Reception couldn't have been nicer. Pity I didn't stay here for a longer duration. Price was quite reasonable too.

Excllent location, very tidy and clean. There was no hot water for shower in the afternoon and we were a little bit cold in the room until later in the evening.

Room was amazing so modern loved the decor and above all squeeky clean!.we had our two year old son with us and he settled into the cosy homely room. I stayed for a night and was really impressed with the standard. I expected a very basic standard for the price but was genuinely pleasantly surprised- really new and clean décor, lovely shower, comfy bed and a chocolate left on the towel! There's a cafe next door which does a nice breakfast too so all told very handy, I'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Eyre Square Townhouse for 3 nights and loved it. The location is great because it is slightly out of the way of the main traffic area but still very close (walking distance to everything). The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful and you could tell everyone was hard working at their job. The room was comfortable and quiet. And you just can't beat the rate. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a GREAT! place to stay in Galway. It was near the bus and train station and the car rental. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Good coffee shops right there too. I would definitely stay here if/when I return to Galway!

It was a lovely stay very clean great location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very pleased, was a bit hard to find so drove past it a couple of times but phoned and got precise directions from reception. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Great convenient location. Staff were very obliging, had the room ready for us early as we were attending a wedding and had to get changed. Next day we were able to leave luggage for a few hours to go for a walk and bit of lunch. Good accomodation, great location and excellent staff.

Very comfortable, very reasonably priced, and much bigger than I had been expecting. Loved our stay in the Eyre Square Townhouse: location is superb, staff so friendly, and the rooms were amazing - so clean and modern. Little touches like chocolates and extra toiletries made us feel at home. The low price did not reflect the high quality of accommodation.

We had a great stay at the Eyre Square Townhouse. The room is clean and fresh when we arrived and all the things u need are inside. The front desk staff Eamon is very friendly and helpful when we ask some questions re our tour. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff (Liam) was most helpful. He helped us with our luggage and gave us parking instructions.

Would definitely stay again as the location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ensuite room was small but very clean and nicely decorated. Only downside was that the reception was unattended all morning and i wasn't aware of this when i checked in.

Hotel was in great location but took a while to find. I booked a king room but to be fair it was really a standard double in comparison to all other hotels Ive stayed in. The room was bright, clean and had all we needed.The bed was very comfortable. The chap on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave some good recommenations for bars/ restaurants. While we enjoyed our stay the price was a bit high for one night.

The townhouse was excellent value for money, my room was just like the pictures on the net! The only tiny fault I had was there was no spoon or milk to go with the kettle and tea bags for tea making!

Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. Loud street noise, even in a room at the back, but I suppose that is the trade-off for the very central location, just off Eyre Square. The computer for guest use is a great convenience. It would be nice to have a slightly larger towel, but that is a minor complaint.

Eyre Square Townhouse is a very nice hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms. It is placed in the centre of Galway and the staff is very friendly.

There was a tiny bit if mould on the windows! Other than that it was gorgeous and that comes from someone who worked in accommodations for years!! Liam was so friendly and helpful :) give him a pay raise :)

The Townhouse is a great spot in Galway! It's very central (which can be a little noisy but most places city centre are), the room was comfortable and clean. Best of all was the staff - they were so helpful and friendly and even allowed me to check into my room much earlier than the usual time! I would definitely stay again!

The staff were all fantastic and exceptionally helpful and friendly to us all throughout our entire stay. We will definetely be back to stay here on our next trip to Galway and will recommend it to anyone else visiting the city.
